Mr. Moore practices general civil litigation including real estate law, landlord/tenant matters, criminal trials and appeals, insurance defense and major personal injury claims.
Mr. Moore is a native Las Vegan who graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 1998 with a Bachelor’s of Arts with Honors in Environmental Studies and a minor in Political Science. In 2001, Mr. Moore earned his Juris Doctorate as a member of the charter class of the William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV.
Mr. Moore was admitted to the Nevada Bar in 2001. Prior to joining Marquis & Aurbach in 2003, Mr. Moore worked for four years at a small Nevada law firm practicing in a wide variety of areas including personal injury, family law, criminal defense, and general civil litigation. He has handled matters at all stages of the litigation process including handling several appellate matters to the Nevada Supreme Court. While in law school, Mr. Moore was the founding president of the Student Chapter of the Nevada Trial Lawyers Association.
Mr. Moore spends most of his
spare time with his wife Dawn and
their children Zachary and Madeleine.
He loves to cook and also enjoys
playing tennis
and golf, even though he's not
very good at either.
