Mr. Clayton's areas of practice include personal injury, family law, real estate, and corporate litigation.
In August of 2000, he graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Arts in English and a minor in German. In December of 2003, Mr. Clayton graduated from UNLV's Boyd School of Law with a Juris Doctorate. While attending UNLV, Mr. Clayton earned CALI awards in Lawyering Process III and Environmental Law.
Mr. Clayton has been working in the litigation department of Marquis & Aurbach since 2005. He represents individuals, small and midsize companies and Fortune 500 corporations in both state and federal courts. He is known by his clients to be personally accessible at all times, and for taking a personal interest in the outcome of every case.
Although he enjoys litigating a case from start to finish, he especially enjoys spending time with his wife and four children. Having grown up in Europe, he also enjoys learning about other countries and cultures.
