Mr. Young's practice focuses on general civil and commercial (business disputes) litigation.
Mr. Young obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science in 1991 and his Juris Doctor Degree in 1994 from Brigham Young University.
Mr. Young was admitted to the Nevada Bar in 1994. Prior to going to law school, he was a caseworker to the Honorable Congressman Howard C. Nielson. During law school, Mr. Young clerked for the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel. He recently authored “The Covenant of Good Faith and Fair Dealing in Nevada” in the Nevada Law Review.
Mr. Young enjoys spending time with his wife, Julie, and their four children, Drew, Mitch, Rachel and Tyler. He also enjoys singing, playing guitar, racquetball and hiking.
