Mr. Crosby practices in civil rights defense, labor law, employment law, municipal liability and general civil litigation.
Mr. Crosby is a native of Reno, Nevada and attended the University of Nevada Reno and the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada Las Vegas. While at Boyd, Mr. Crosby graduated in the top third of his class and competed on the National Moot Court Team, advancing to the national finals in 2004. Prior to coming to Marquis & Aurbach, Mr. Crosby served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Michael Douglas. Mr. Crosby represents clients in both state and federal court and is admitted to practice in all courts in the state of Nevada, as well as in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
In his spare time, Mr. Crosby enjoys hunting, camping, golf and spending time with his wife Leanne and two sons, Austin and Carson.
