Ms. Stolberg focuses primarily on business and general civil litigation.

A native Nevadan, Ms. Stolberg graduated as Valedictorian of her high school before receiving a B.A. at University of Nevada – Las Vegas, where she graduated magna cum laude and was named the “Ideal Rebel.” During college, Ms. Stolberg had the opportunity to study abroad for one year at the University of the Basque Country in San Sebastian, Spain, where she studied Spanish and Basque literature.

Ms. Stolberg received her law degree from Boston University School of Law, where she graduated cum laude. While at Boston University, Ms. Stolberg earned a concentration in Litigation and Dispute Resolution, with honors, and was named a Paul J. Laicos Scholar. At graduation, she received the Spencer R. Koch Memorial award.

During law school, Ms. Stolberg worked as a Research Assistant to Professor Constance Browne and was the Teaching Assistant for a class called “Effective and Ethical Depositions.” She also served as President of the Public Interest Project, one of the oldest and largest organizations of its kind in the country, which funds grants for law students working in non-profit and legal services organizations.

Prior to law school, Ms. Stolberg worked as a news producer at a Las Vegas network affiliate and as an assistant producer for a long-running outdoors show at the local PBS affiliate.

In her spare time, Ms. Stolberg enjoys spending time with her husband Paul and their large extended family in Southern Nevada.
