Ms. McClane’s practice areas include general civil litigation, employment law, and construction law.

Ms. McClane is a native Nevadan. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in English from the University of Nevada Las Vegas where she graduated magna cum laude with University and Departmental Honors. She earned her Juris Doctorate Degree, cum laude, from William S. Boyd School of Law, and graduated in the top third of her class.

While at Boyd, Ms. McClane was a member of the Society of Advocates. She was awarded first place in the American Bar Association’s Client Counseling Competition and also advanced to the semi-final round of the Lewis M. Brown International Client Counseling Competition.

Ms. McClane was admitted to the Nevada Bar in 2006. Prior to becoming an attorney at Marquis & Aurbach, she worked as an extern for the Honorable David T. Wall, Eighth Judicial District Court Judge, and at the Nevada Attorney General’s office. She is a member of the Nevada State Bar, Clark County Bar Association and Nevada Trial Lawyers.

In her spare time, Ms. McClane enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and photography.
