Ms. Leascher handles general civil litigation matters focusing on contract and real estate disputes, and commercial litigation.

Ms. Leascher received a B.A. in Criminal Justice in May, 2002 from the University of Nevada, Reno.  In 2005, she earned her Juris Doctor from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada Las Vegas.
 
While at Boyd, Ms. Leascher served as President of the Student Bar Association, was a member of the Society of Advocates, and graduated in the top third of her class.  She also earned third place individual speaking honors at the Philip C. Jessup International Law, Southwest Regional Moot Court Competition.

Prior to coming to Marquis & Aurbach in 2005, Ms. Leascher worked as a law clerk and associate in the area of insurance defense, handling general liability and medical malpractice litigation.  She has completed externships for the Clark County District Attorney, the Honorable Cynthia Dianne Steel, the Washoe County District Attorney, and the Nevada State Legislature.  Ms. Leascher is a member of the Nevada State Bar and American Bar Associations   

In her spare time, Ms. Leascher loves spending time with her husband, family, friends, and Chihuahua, named Zeus.  She also enjoys traveling, kickboxing, reading, and community service.
