Mr.
Gerber practices general civil litigation.
Mr. Gerber grew up in Cleveland, Ohio. He attended Miami University (Ohio)
where he received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science. He received
his Juris Doctor Degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law
in Cleveland, Ohio.
Before coming to Marquis & Aurbach,
Mr. Gerber was an officer in
the United States Army Judge
Advocate’s General Corps.
Mr. Gerber was stationed at
Fort Irwin, California. Mr.
Gerber began as the chief of
the Fort Irwin Legal Assistance
Office before taking over the
Fort Irwin Trial Defense Service
Office. He has defended soldiers
charged in courts martial as
well as administrative proceedings.
Mr. Gerber enjoys spending
his free time with his wife
Tammy and their dog. He also
enjoys following professional
and college sports.
