FRANK M. FLANSBURG III is an attorney at the law firm of Marquis & Aurbach, where he practices primarily general civil litigation for a client base ranging from Fortune 500 companies to local business owners. Mr. Flansburg has represented his clients in strategic planning and trial, addressing diverse areas of the law including real property contracts, UCC contracts, construction contracts, and business disputes.
Mr. Flansburg joined Marquis & Aurbach following his tenure as a law clerk to the Honorable Mark Gibbons, Eighth Judicial District Judge. While in law school, he also worked as a law clerk for the Washington Attorney General’s Office and was awarded several individual and team moot court competition awards, including placing at the Northwest Regional Jessup Competition. Mr. Flansburg earned his B.A. degree, with distinction, from the University of Nevada, Reno and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Seattle University School of Law and was appointed to the Order of the Barristers.
Away from the office, Mr. Flansburg spends the majority of his free time with his wife, Anneliese. They enjoy hiking to multiple summits in Southern Nevada's Spring Mountains as often as possible. Mr. Flansburg is also a marathon runner who recently completed a marathon in San Diego, California and is currently training for a Florida marathon. When not working, climbing mountains, or permanently damaging his knees on the road, Mr. Flansburg can be found on the golf course, where he is every greens keeper's worst nightmare.
