Ms. Osborn graduated from Missouri Southern State College in 1994 with degrees in Criminal Justice Administration and Law Enforcement. She earned her Juris Doctorate Degree in 1997 from the Oklahoma City University School of Law.

Ms. Osborn was admitted to the Nevada Bar in 1997. Prior to joining Marquis & Aurbach, Ms. Osborn worked for a Chapter 7 Panel Bankruptcy Trustee whereby she also represented various other bankruptcy trustees. She also practices estate planning law as well as probate litigation. Ms. Osborn also previously practiced in both state and federal court in the areas of commercial real estate litigation, general civil litigation, creditor collections and insurance defense. She is a member of the Southern Nevada Association of Bankruptcy Attorneys.

Ms. Osborn spends most of her spare time with her two children, Macey and Geoffrey. She is an avid sports fan and enjoys reading, crafting and outdoor activities.
