Mr. Hayes’ areas of practices include criminal law, real estate litigation, insurance defense, and general civil litigation.

In 2001, Mr. Hayes graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. In 2004, he received his Juris Doctor Degree, graduating in the top third of his class, from the William S. Boyd School of Law.

He joined Marquis & Aurbach in June 2001. While at Boyd, Mr. Hayes represented juveniles as a student attorney in the Thomas & Mack Legal Clinic. Prior to coming to Marquis & Aurbach, Mr. Hayes served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Stewart L. Bell.

In his spare time, Mr. Hayes enjoys spending time with his girlfriend, friends and family. His other interests include golf, softball, surfing and poker.
