Mr. Anderson’s areas of practice include civil rights defense, employment law, medical malpractice defense, and insurance defense.

In 1994, Mr. Anderson graduated magna cum laude from Southern Utah University with a Bachelor of Arts in History. Two years later he earned a Master of Arts Degree in History from Utah State University, graduating summa cum laude. In 1999, he received his Juris Doctor Degree from Brigham Young University.

Mr. Anderson was admitted to the Nevada Bar in 1999. Prior to joining Marquis & Aurbach in 2001, he worked for a large Nevada law firm where he practiced insurance defense. Currently, Mr. Anderson represents clients in both federal and state courts.

In his spare time, Mr. Anderson enjoys spending time with his wife, Lanta, and his son Blake. His other interests include weightlifting and running.
